Founded in St. Louis in 2009, Zipfel Design Group is small yet accomplished firm that takes pride in listening and interpreting our clients’ goals into creative solutions that stand the test of time.  Greg Zipfel is the company’s president and brings over 28 years of professional experience to every project.  From 14-story parking structures to single-family residential additions, roof-top gardens to senior living facilities, and multi-family residential buildings to endoscopy units, Greg has designed a wide array of buildings and environments.  Being directly involved with this variety of work benefits every project and every client.  Understanding economic advantages of utilizing pre-cut dimensional lumber, considerations for cast-in sleeves and inserts in a post-tensioned concrete structure, types of methods for testing window systems to prevent water infiltration, and proper installation of moisture sensitive floor coverings.  Attention to these details helps mitigate the financial risks and potential project delays.  This knowledge also allows more time to be spent on design, all of which results in creative solutions that stand the test of time.
